When you get there, you have to drive into a bay where they check you in. There was a long line of cars ahead of me, but it took 15 minutes to actually hand the keys over, then you go to the service desk to get everything straight. No big deal, just make sure you have a ride to where you need to go, because the shuttle, if it's even there, will take FOREVER to drop you off. They have ONE shuttle, a midsize SUV that can comfortably carry up to 5 passengers, and the driver will apparently take you all the way North of Wilmington. I live 5 minutes from the dealership and was the second to last guy dropped off, after being in the stupid shuttle for over TWO HOURS. I feel bad for the guy who was after me, and worse for people who were back at the dealership waiting for a lift. I had $1200 in services and no loaner car - absolutely ridiculous.‎
