I actually purchased my 2010 Genesis Coupe at Arapahoe Hyundai last fall. However after several visits to the service department and probably the worst customer service and experience I have ever had I was directed to McDonald Hyundai by a good friend of mine who also owns a Genesis Coupe.I have had nothing but great service from the service department at McDonald Hyundai, however, Lance Ware has been probably the most patient and understanding people I have ever met. Not only has he been able to fix the issues with my car, but has had a smile every time while doing so. My most recent visit truely made me realize how willing Lance was able to go out of his way to fix my car.Lance took the time to do a test drive with me and went through several steps to figure out where the issue was coming from. I live in Aurora, which is about a 30 minute drive to the dealership ( Arapahoe Hyundai is about a 10 min drive...if you can understand the importance of great customer service to me)...Lance has always worked with my schedule and is always flexible and patient with me while my car is getting repaired. Thank you so much Lance for not letting me give up hope on Hyundai! I love my car and Hundai's AMAZING warranty and customer service. I direct everyone who is interested in purchasing a new Hyundai to Mcdonald Hyundai!
