This is the second car we have bought from Rosen. Chuck Gonzales was our salesman on our last purchase, but he is no longer selling and suggested that we work with Doug. He was absolutely right! Doug was a pleasure to work with, and spent a great deal of time reviewing and showing us the features of our new Sonata Hybrid. He was very patient with us and answered all of our questions. When we are ready for our next car, we will definitely go back to Rosen and deal with Doug. We will be suggesting Rosen and Doug to anyone we hear is looking for a new vehicle. This was a GREAT experience
